Privacy Policy

How we handle information on this website, in plain language.

Effective October 11, 2026

This policy explains what Eldrin AI (“we,” “us”) collects when you visit eldrin.ai, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect only what helps us run our business and respond to you, and to be honest about it.

The short version

Information you give us

When you fill out our contact form, we collect the name, email, phone number, and message you submit. We use it solely to respond to your inquiry and follow up about working together. We don’t sell it. Your message is linked to the earlier visits from the same device (through the avid cookie described below), so we can see which pages you read before you wrote.

When you send the contact form, we email you one short line to confirm we got it. If you ran our free visibility check in the same browser tab within the last two hours, the form starts with a sentence about that check (your business, the search and the result), and the check is sent with your message so we see what you saw. You can edit that sentence or leave the check out before you send. The check is never put in a web address.

Information we collect automatically

Like most websites, we record basic technical information about each visit using analytics we run ourselves (first-party analytics, no third-party advertising pixels): your IP address (the number that identifies your internet connection), the pages you view, the site or link that referred you, tracking tags in a link (UTM tags), your general location (city/region), browser and device type, and timestamps. We store a first-party cookie (named avid) so we can recognize your device across visits and understand how people move through the site. We store a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address, not the raw address.

We also measure how quickly each page loads and responds to your taps and clicks, in timings only, so we can keep the site fast; this never includes anything you type.

On pages with animations, we record whether each animation loaded, played or stayed a still picture (for example because your device asks for reduced motion), so we can make sure they help rather than slow you down.

Website visitor identification

We use your IP address, on its own and through third-party data services, to identify the company or organization associated with your visit, so we can understand which businesses are interested in our services and, where appropriate, reach out. When you provide identifying information (for example, by submitting our contact form), we may associate your website activity with you.

In addition, when you visit our website, cookies and similar technologies may be used by our online data partners or vendors to associate these activities with other information they or others have about you, including by association with your email or online profiles. We (or service providers on our behalf) may then send communications and marketing to those emails or profiles. You may opt out of receiving this advertising: see Your privacy rights below.

How we use information

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide our services.
  • Understand our website traffic and improve the site and our content.
  • Identify businesses interested in our services and conduct business-to-business outreach.
  • Protect the site against abuse, spam, and fraud.

Service providers we share with

We share information only with the vendors that help us run the site, and only as needed for them to provide their service, including our hosting provider, database provider, an IP-intelligence provider (to resolve the organization behind an IP address), and our email provider (to deliver and reply to inquiries). We do not sell your personal information for money.

Your privacy rights (California: CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request access to or deletion of it, to correct it, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

To exercise any of these rights, including to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, email us at ryan@eldrin.ai. You can also opt out of the third-party identification network described above at app.retention.com/optout (opens in a new tab). To stop our first-party analytics from recognizing your device, clear the avid cookie or browse in private mode.

Data retention

We keep inquiry and analytics data only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or de-identify it. You may ask us to delete your information at any time using the email below.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices change; we’ll revise the effective date above. Questions or privacy requests: ryan@eldrin.ai.
